Relation Weaver, Petralka Remote Fight Video

We got a clash of the content creators as I face off against  @CurlyHairedVanguard, both of us using new cards from DZ-BT02 but in different ways. Curly is showing off the new Blangdmire, whilst I use the latest support to update my Petralka deck, let's see who comes out on top!!!

Fast and "Furry"ious

Good morning class, we are back again after a short break from articles and with DZ-BT01 now being fully out in English, it's time to start covering the remaining decks from the set. Today we are going to look into the support that Stoicheia got, and with us having already covered Lascaria Veleno before, that leaves us with Magnolia having the remainder of the support. This article is going to dive into Magnolia Elder over Magnolia Masque, as the support pairs better with Elder. So let's get started with the rideline, as we got a new rideline in the latest support.

Quick Start on the Meta Part 2

Good morning class. If you remember last week, we went over the first half of the Quick Start Decks, in Dragon Empire, Dark States and Brandt Gate. This week we are carrying on with that trend, and diving into the final 3, in the forms of Keter Sanctuary, Stoicheia and Lyrical Monasterio. Just like last time, lease keep in mind that the lists I share here are just examples, and can easily be adapted to suit the playstyle of the user. Obviously these will not be with their intended ride lines, as they do not release until DZ-BT01, but we still have some fun ideas to work with. So let's not dawdle anymore and dive into our first one for Keter Sanctuary.

Quick Start on the Meta Part 1

Good morning class. In just a few weeks time, the English side of Cardfight Vanguard will be moving into the DivineZ era with the new Quick Start Decks, giving us our first experience of Energy generation. So whilst every deck will now gain access to Energy Blast 7 to draw 1 card, I have decided to use this article to dive into some of the new bosses and see what we can do to make them fun to play with. Please keep in mind that the lists I share here are just examples, and can easily be adapted to suit the playstyle of the user. Obviously these will not be with their intended ride lines, as they do not release until DZ-BT01, but we still have some fun ideas to work with. There is going to be 3 decks in this article, so let's start off with the first one of Dragon Empire.

Good Things Come in Threes

Good morning class, and whilst glancing as the cover image you would presume this was talking about Standard Pacifica in Lyrical, we are instead talking about Pacifica and how she works in Premium, as both the Standard format Top Idol Pacifica and Planet Idol Pacifica have massively increased the strength of the deck. This list is meant as a fun way for those who play Standard can move into Premium casually and enjoy their time just playing the format.

March 2024 Strategy Presentation

We had the Strategy Presentation come and go a few days ago, which gave us a LOT of news for what is coming over the next few months for the Japanese side of the game, with a little bit of news for the rest of the game as well, so let's go through the sections one by one and break down what we know.

March 2024 Ban List Predictions

So Bushiroad has announced that with the upcoming Japanese Product Stream for Cardfight Vanguard in a few days time, we are also going to be getting an update to the Japanese fighter's rules. In today's blog post, I am going to put my thoughts out about what I feel is going to be addressed on it. I will stress that these changes are for the Japanese game only, and may or may not come to the English game at a later date. I am also going to only be addressing the Standard format at this moment in time, as that is the main format that is played over in Japan, and their V-Premium and Premium format changes are normally based on what happens in the English meta

Towering over the Competition

Good morning class, we are back again with another Lyrical article whilst we are waiting for more English scans of DZ-BT01 to drop, and this time we are taking a look at one of my favourite decks across all of Lyrical in the form of "Highest Dreamer, Lilfa". Lilfa is a very agressive deck that focuses on your back row being grade 2 or greater units. The deck is very unique in Lyrical itself, so without further ado, let's dive straight into her rideline.

Justice Rains from Above

Good morning class. Now normally I would be introducing a DZ01 deck here, but due to a lack of EN scans, I am going to have to pace out the new decks for a while. So instead, we are going to go back to the latest set to be released in English, which was Lyrical Set 4. Now a bunch of decks got supported in that set, and for this post, we are going to be looking at one of my favourite decks - "Holy Angel of Blessings, Alestiel". So without further ado, let's dive straight into the rideline.

Enter the Swarm

Good morning class. Today we are carrying on looking at the DZ01 decks, and this time we are moving onto the new crime syndicate from Stoicheia - "Sword Princess of Dream Blade, Lascaria Veleno". This line is a TCG-only rideline and has some interesting mechanics, so let's get started.

The Ever-changing Mermaid

Good morning class. DZ01 has not long dropped in Japan, and within that set is one boss unit that has me really excited to play Standard - Krysrain. The deck is honestly really fun, but people are showing concerns about the deck, so I decided to make this blog post covering the deck as a whole, to help ease those concerns. So without further ado, let's get started!
